This class is for you if you are wanting to return to exercise after having your baby. You need to be at least 2 months post natal and been cleared to exercise by your GP following your 6 week check. This class helps to: 💪Build strength, energy and confidence. 💖 Improve your core & pelvic floor. 🎶 Move to throwback dance tunes that make workouts FLY by. 🌟 Be part of an amazing, supportive group of like-minded women. ✅Boost mood, move better and glow from the inside out. 👶 You can also bring your baby along too, so no worries about childcare! I can't wait to see you there! 💕
