Amanda Reidy is a Women's Fitness, Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coach, Founder of Radiate Fitness and host of the Happy Thriving Mums Podcast.

With over 20 years' experience as a PE teacher, Amanda combines education, wellbeing and practical behaviour change strategies to help women feel stronger, healthier and more confident.
